Service Description
This workshop assists participants in examining how to form positive, meaningful relationships with children and adolescents in order to design programs that match their unique needs and promote the development of social-emotional skills and character. The following will occur during this workshop: - Be able to employ strategies, tactics, and activities that will assist them in developing relationships with children and adolescents. - Recognize the critical nature of establishing strong relationships with children and adolescents that foster the development of social-emotional and character abilities. A supportive environment for children, adolescents, and adults are crucial for the development of a high-quality program. Children's interactions with adults have a significant impact on their perceptions of themselves and the world. At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will have mastered the following skills: - Recognize the critical nature of establishing positive interactions with children and adolescents. - Be able to employ strategies, tactics, and activities that will assist them in developing relationships with children and adolescents.
